2.2. Navigating to the Program Evaluation Reports

Once logged into RMS you can access the program evaluation reports by selecting Evaluations > and any of the following options under Program Evaluations:

• Progress: This report will check on completion status of the evaluators.  From here you can send email reminders to individuals or the entire list of personnel regarding their delinquent evaluations
• Results: This report will display results grouped by questions.  Here you can flag questions with problematic results for additional follow-up.
• Problem Resolution: This report tracks all flagged questions from the results report and allows the administrator to add notes, attach files and mark the problem area as resolved.
